We have a 7 days return & exchange policy:

Return Policy:
For Domestic Orders:
In following cases/situations you will be eligible for return:

If you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered/damaged with, please refuse the package.

In case if you have received wrong product instead of the one what you had ordered, please contact us, we will dispatch & deliver the right product & our courier partner will collect the wrong product which has been delivered to you. This whole process won’t incur any charges; we consider it as part our extended customer service.

Kindly make sure the wrong product delivered should in exactly the same condition as it was when it was received by you. If you fail to maintain the condition stated above, it will be considered as sold & you will have to pay for both product instead of the one you had ordered.

*If you receive any damaged/defective product, do contact us immediately with your Order ID and   send us a snapshot of the defect/damage. We will refund the amount of the product.

* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

*Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

*Products purchased under Sale are non-returnable.

Please raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment, please send an email to wecare@elorafashion.com along with order id and return reason.

For International Orders:

Please make note that for International Order Return, Customer need to borne the Return/Reverse Shipping Charges/Fees and Return order to be delivered to our warehouse in Surat, India.

Please raise your return request within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the shipment, please send an email to wecare@elorafashion.com along with order id and return reason.

Exchange Policy:

For Domestic Orders:

If you do not love what you receive, we happily exchange the product with another product, we allow this once per order. Please do send an exchange request with reasons/pictures with the product you would like to exchange with within 7 days of receipt of product. 

We will reverse pick up the product and dispatch the replacement product once the exchanged product is received at our warehouse & subsequent quality checks are done. Please do not cut-off the tag, keep the original packaging & the product in the original condition for enabling a reverse pickup.

* The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

* The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

* Sarees with fall and edging would not be accepted for return or exchange.

* Return/Exchange request that are not raised within 7 days of receiving the product would not be accepted.

* Products bought during sale are non-refundable 

For International Orders:

Unfortunately, we do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
